May 2025
X-Via's participation in the e-Governance Conference in Tallinn aimed to connect Brazilian political and business leaders in the public sector with global experts in digital governance, public sector innovation, and digital infrastructure. The mission placed X-Via and its delegation in one of the world's leading forums for digital governance, organized by the e-Governance Academy (eGA) in Estonia.
The agenda was structured around conference participation and supplemented with strategic networking and targeted meetings with international decision-makers, practitioners, and experts. The conference sessions and exchanges provided insights into issues such as digital public services, interoperability, cybersecurity, data governance, and new technologies in public administration.
In addition to the official conference program, the mission included carefully selected meetings and opportunities for informal exchanges, which supported relationship building across different regions and institutional contexts. Leisure and cultural experiences in Tallinn were deliberately integrated into the agenda, creating space for dialogue outside formal contexts and strengthening ties between participants.
By combining conference participation, networking, and tailored experiences, the mission facilitated knowledge exchange, international visibility, and the development of relationships relevant to X-Via's engagement in global discussions on digital governance.
